What types of properties does Host Haven Stays cohost?
We specialize in cohosting entire homes, townhomes, and luxury apartments that meet our high design and hospitality standards.
Do I need to have a fully furnished property?
No, your property does not need to be fully furnished when you first reach out to us, but it will need to be fully furnished and guest-ready before we go live. If you need help with interior design or furnishing, we work with professional designers to create a stylish, high-performing rental that maximizes bookings and revenue.

Pricing & Fees

How much does Host Haven Stays charge?
We charge 20% of your gross rental revenue, covering guest communication, pricing optimization, cleaning coordination, and maintenance oversight.
Are there any additional fees?
No hidden fees! In addition to our cohosting fee, there is a $50 monthly technology fee to keep things running smoothly. The only other additional costs are for property setup, deep cleaning, and maintenance when repairs are required.
How and when do I get paid?
Clients are paid out on the first of every month. Currently, we process payments via Venmo and PayPal, but we are working to implement direct deposits for a better experience.
Does Host Haven Stays require a long-term contract?
No, we do not require a long-term contract. Owners can leave with 30 days' notice.
What happens if I want to stop using Host Haven Stays?
If you decide to leave, we require a 30-day notice. Termination fees may apply, particularly if you have upcoming bookings.

Property Management & Operations

Who handles guest communication and bookings?
Our team fully manages all guest inquiries, reservations, and support—ensuring a smooth, hassle-free experience for both owners and guests.
How does Host Haven Stays handle check-ins and check-outs?
We use smart locks for self-check-in, but we also provide personalized check-ins for high-end stays when necessary. Our professional cleaning team ensures a spotless home between guests.
What if a guest damages my property?
We handle all damage protection claims through the Host Haven Stays platform. This includes hauling away damaged items, purchasing replacements, and assembly. The additional costs will be attempted to be passed onto the guest responsible for the damage.
How does Host Haven Stays keep my property clean and well-maintained?
We use professional cleaning teams, conduct routine inspections, and track inventory to ensure everything is properly stocked and maintained.
Can I use my property for personal stays?
Yes! You can block off dates anytime through our owner portal, and we'll adjust the booking calendar accordingly.

We use professional photography, compelling descriptions, and data-driven pricing to maximize visibility and earnings. We also apply search engine optimization techniques to keep your listing at the top of Airbnb search results.
What booking platforms will my property be listed on?
We only use Airbnb because we have found that Booking.com and Vrbo attract lower traffic and lower-quality guests. Our focus on Airbnb ensures higher occupancy rates and better guest experiences.
Can I accept direct bookings outside of Airbnb?
Yes! We support direct bookings for repeat guests and corporate stays, handling all logistics and payments securely.
How does Host Haven Stays set nightly pricing?
We use AI-powered dynamic pricing based on seasonality, demand trends, local events, and competitor rates to maximize your earnings.
What happens if my property isn't getting enough bookings?
We adjust pricing, improve listing visibility, and run targeted promotions to attract more guests.
