Our management fee is 20% of gross revenue, plus a $50/month pricing-technology pass-through that powers our daily rate tuning. No setup fees, no long-term contracts — and you can walk away with 30 days' notice.
No. We don't believe in locking you in. All we ask is 30 days' notice if you decide to move on — we'd rather earn your business every month.
Absolutely. It's your home. Tell us the dates and we'll block the calendar — for family, friends, or just because you miss the view.
We handle all AirCover claims and damage documentation on your behalf. If something exceeds coverage, we work through the resolution with you — you're never left dealing with it alone.
We manage listings exclusively on Airbnb, where our expertise is deepest and our track record strongest — and we support direct bookings for repeat and corporate guests.
After your consultation, your listing is typically live within 1–2 weeks — photography, listing creation, and onboarding included.
All booking funds come to us first. On the 1st of every month we pay you out — your revenue minus our co-hosting fee and any expenses, with every line itemized in your monthly statement.
We're based in Seattle and primarily manage homes across the Seattle metro. We also care for select homes beyond Washington — including the Palm Springs area — so reach out about your location.
