How It Works
From first call to first guest.
Here's every step to bring your home onto Airbnb with us, in order, and who does each one. No surprises later.
In short
After a free consultation, you get licensed with the City of Seattle, create the Airbnb listing and invite Host Haven as co-host. Then the home gets stocked, deep cleaned and photographed, and we set up access. A home that's ready can go live in a few weeks. One that needs work can take a few months. After that, we host and you get a statement and payout every month.

Create the listing and invite us as co-host
YouCreate the Airbnb listing in your own account, or keep the one you have. Then invite Host Haven as a co-host with Full access and 100% of co-host payouts, so we can run it and pay you out with a statement each month.

Getting the home ready
- 04
Design consult
OptionalIf you'd like a hand with furnishing and styling, we can introduce you to our design partner, Modern Stone Interiors.
- 05
Stock the home
YouWe share our setup checklist: the linens, kitchen basics and guest supplies a five-star stay needs. You stock the home from it.
- 06
Deep clean
YouA full deep clean before the first guest, paid by the owner. From then on, our cleaners keep it to standard between stays.
- 07

YouProfessional listing photos, paid by the owner. They are the first thing every guest judges.
Phase 4

YouAirbnb asks the host to confirm the location in person. You'll be on site and record a few short videos in the Airbnb app.
- 09
Amenities review
TogetherWe go through every amenity on the listing, including a Wi-Fi speed test, so what guests read is what they get.
- 10
Smart lock, keys and cameras
YouShare admin access to your smart lock (we work with Schlage Encode and Yale Assure), leave spare keys with us, and share any exterior cameras. Airbnb does not allow cameras inside a home.
